Dr. Rice specializes in relationships, personal empowerment, and wellness, with a particular focus on the complex intersection points where individual experiences, relational dynamics, and broader systems meet. Dr. Rice’s clinical philosophy is grounded in empowerment. She helps clients and collaborators identify internal strengths, clarify values, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate a sense of purpose and confidence that extends beyond individual sessions into daily life and relationships.
“Helping people learn about themselves through understanding their role in their relational dynamics is deeply rewarding. Once I witnessed the positive impact this work could have, continuing this path felt essential.”
In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Rice is a military spouse and parent of young children. These lived experiences inform her work with transitions, stress, identity shifts, and relational strain, allowing her to bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy into her practice and leadership.
