Kevin has experience with children, adolescents, and adults either in an individual setting or within the bounds of a couple or family structure. Tara works with primarily anxiety and depression, but especially focuses on how these mental health issues present themselves in relationships. Life challenges are inevitable, but Tara believes that having a safe, validating, nurturing therapeutic environment can be the catalyst to the best outcome. Tara works hard to build self-confidence in her clients so they feel empowered and motivated to accomplish their goals. Between helping her clients feel safe, and working hard to increase client’s perspective of themselves, treatment goals and objectives are significantly easier to accomplish.
