Dr. Meaghan Rice, Psychologist
Meaghan Rice, PsyD, LPC, is a Doctor of Psychology, Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Board Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor with more than a decade of experience in clinical practice, organizational leadership, and community-based mental health work. She specializes in relationships, personal empowerment, and wellness, with a focus on helping individuals and systems strengthen communication, resilience, and connection.
Dr. Rice is the founder and clinical leader of Better Lives Building Tribes, where she partners with organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to design programs that promote well-being and sustainable community impact. A military spouse and parent, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, integrating evidence-informed approaches with practical, real-world application.
